Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use the tracking number to check your order status.

If there is no tracking update within 3 days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete when placing your order, including:

• Complete address
• Postal code
• Phone number

Once an order has entered the shipping process, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Customers may be responsible for additional costs caused by incorrect shipping information.
